Counselling

At the heart of healing is being heard; not just listened to, but truly witnessed. Counselling at Nebula provides a compassionate space to explore the events, relationships, and inner narratives that have shaped your life. Together, we make space for your story, helping you uncover the patterns and beliefs that may no longer serve you.

Using a blend of narrative therapy, intuitive insight, and somatic awareness, these sessions honour both your past and your potential. Whether you're processing trauma, navigating a transition, or simply seeking deeper connection with yourself, this is a supportive environment to meet yourself with honesty, courage, and care.

Birth debrief

Birth can be transformative. And sometimes, it unfolds in ways we didn’t expect. A birth debrief offers a grounded, non-judgmental space to share your story, make sense of the experience, and begin healing. Whether the birth was recent or many years ago, this process can help release emotional weight and bring clarity to what may still feel unresolved.

These sessions are available for parents as well as birth professionals. As a facilitator familiar with both the health system and the emotional landscape of birth, I help you reconnect with yourself, your baby, and your body. Partners and babies are welcome in the space if that feels right for you. For midwives, doulas, and clinicians, debriefing can also serve as a restorative practice: supporting emotional regulation, clearer boundaries, and a return to your work with greater resilience.

Birth planning

Birth planning at Nebula is not about controlling outcomes. It's about creating informed, embodied readiness. These one-on-one sessions complement your antenatal care, offering tailored guidance for your personal journey. Whether you're preparing for a first birth, planning a vaginal birth after caesarean section (VBAC), or seeking clarity around physiological birth, this space is designed around your questions and needs.

Drawing on a mix of body-based practices like Spinning Babies®, emotional regulation tools like HeartMath®, and holistic wisdom, these sessions help you connect mind, body, and baby. The goal is to support your confidence, offer grounded information, and empower you to approach birth with a strong sense of trust - in yourself, and in your process.
